HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

We keep things simple and transparent: $150–$175/hr depending on the seniority of the role. No minimums, no long-term contracts. Most searches take between 40–60 hours, with a typical time-to-fill of 43 days. You can stop anytime.

CAN I HIRE MULTIPLE PEOPLE FROM ONE SEARCH WITHOUT AN ADDED FEE?

Yes. This is one of the biggest benefits of working with us. If you're looking to scale an entire paid media team, a team of engineers, or even sales, one search can help you add multiple people to your head count at one flat hourly rate.
