How is this different from a contingency recruiter?

Contingency recruiters charge 20–30% of a hire's first-year salary, and only get paid if you hire someone they sourced. That model rewards filling the seat fast — not finding the right person. We charge by the hour, regardless of outcome. You see exactly what you're paying for, and we're incentivized to do the work, not push you to a hire.

What's the typical engagement length?

Recruiting is billed flat hourly ($150–175/hr depending on role seniority) until the search closes (usually 4–8 weeks per role). No kickoff fee, no contingency. A brand engagement with Christy can be a 2-week sprint, a 90-day project, or an ongoing 1–3 day-per-week embed. Either way, you can end the engagement at any time with no notice.

How does the "one search, multiple hires" model work?

When we run a senior search, we build a calibrated shortlist of qualified candidates. The first hire is the obvious one — but the second, third, and fourth hires often come from the same pipeline weeks or months later. You only pay for the hours we work to close those additional hires — no new search fees, no contingency math.

How do you use AI in the recruiting process?

We use AI to compress the slow parts of sourcing — initial outreach drafts, role-fit screening, calendar logistics, and intake synthesis. Humans run every interview, every reference call, and every assessment. AI is the multiplier, not the recruiter.
